When will my order be processed?

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during the holidays.

Orders are processed between Monday and Saturday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day.

If a backorder is needed for your item, you will be notified and updated.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once your order is shipped (after processing period), please allow 3-5 business days for delivery within the U.S., and 15-20 business days for international orders (depending on location).

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with postal tracking number.
